Brad Reeves - Operations and Legal Advisor

Brad Reeves' focus at Blue Magnet Partners is evaluation of investments, customer and strategic partner deal structure support, crisis management and managing legal issues raised by portfolio companies.

Brad has a background in practicing law as well as being a successful entrepreneur. He started his legal career primarily as a litigator representing physicians, hospitals and other health care providers in cases alleging medical negligence. He also provided guidance on best practices to physician, nursing and therapist groups as well as general legal services to healthcare risk management departments. He left that practice at the end of 1999 to become a founder of Procuri, an Atlanta-based technology company in the supply chain management space. The Company delivered its technology in a SaaS (software as a service) or "On Demand" model. Brad served the company as its Executive Vice President of Operations, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He was an active member of the executive management team and was involved in strategic planning on sales, development of the Company's European market, business development, and operations. Brad negotiated software deals with Fortune 1500 companies including some of the largest in the world. The Company has recently been acquired by Ariba, a California-based software company.

Brad is currently also providing consulting services to law firms and select early-stage companies regarding growth strategies, recruiting and legal issues when not engaged on a Blue Magnet Partners project.
