Jerry Miller - Real Estate Acquisition & Development Advisor

Jerry's focus for Blue Magnet Partners is the identification of real estate opportunities and evaluating their fit within our financial model for real estate projects. He will then provide counsel on deal structure and take on select project management responsibilities once Blue Magnet Partners commits to an opportunity.

Jerry's unique real estate skills come from more than 20 years of experience from a diversity of size and types of projects. Real estate sales, development professionals and investors often seek Jerry's viewpoints in projects because they recognize he has the unique perspective of having "been in every chair at the table" when it comes to successful projects as well as demanding workout situations.

Aside from his responsibilities with Blue Magnet Partners, Jerry is currently acting in an advisory and management role for Market Shops of Lynn Haven, a commercial development in the Panama City Florida area.

Jerry is an accomplished and award winning Developer and Builder. Having held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Marsh McLennan and Alexander and Alexander, he focused his energies in real estate starting in 1986. Well known in east Atlanta circles, he won numerous awards and was one of the first "Southern Living Builders". In addition to building hundreds of homes in the east Atlanta market place, he was developer & builder of Annsbrooke, St. Reme, Wynnwood and Pickett's Ridge subdivisions.

Originally from the Atlanta area he moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2000 and was approved as one of the first builders in Watercolor, a premier coastal community developed by St Joe. In 2005 Jerry won 5 Apex awards in 5 categories entered and won the Aurora and coveted Grand Aurora awards, a regional "by invitation only" program with contestants from over 12 states. This was a first for the Okaloosa-Walton Builder's Association. The Grand Aurora award is presented by an elite group of building industry members for achieving exceptional standards of excellence among their peers. Jerry has also provided acquisition and developments services to a number of projects during his time in Florida.
