Duke Maraman - Project Superintendent

Duke's focus for Blue Magnet Partners is to provide estimate and project scheduling support for real estate projects and to perform select construction management roles within each project management team.

Duke has spent close to 15 years developing his experience and knowledge with custom residential construction, multi-family and commercial construction. He has been responsible for a myriad of building activities from layout to building completion including construction management, estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, sub-contractor coordination and material deliveries.

Specific projects Duke has been responsible for include Silver Beach Condominiums and Holiday Beach Condominiums in Destin Florida as well as Destin West Condominiums in Fort Walton Beach Florida. These multi-family projects as ranged from $7 Million to $40 Million. Blue Magnet Partners association with Mr. Maraman gives us a unique advantage with any of our real estate projects. We are quite lucky to have him, indeed.
